We fought for our state to pass a Red Flag Law to prevent tragedies before they happen — and we won!
Last week, Governor Charlie Baker became the fourth Republican governor to sign a Red Flag legislation into law following the tragic shooting in Parkland, Florida. This bill creates an "Extreme Risk Protection Order" that can temporarily restrict a person's access to guns if they are a serious danger to themselves or others.
