10 years have passed since the Sandy Hook School shooting. In that time, a lot has changed. We've elected Gun Sense Candidates, passed life-saving laws, and built a movement 10 million supporters strong.
But we still have so much work to do. Throughout the year, this crisis continued to put our children at risk and devastate our communities. Meanwhile, extremists and gun industry allies worked to undermine our gun laws, putting profits over public safety.
We've proven we have what it takes to create a future free from gun violence—and together, we can win the tough fights ahead of us in the new year and help save lives.
