Come to the Capitol to show your support for HB26-1265. This bill requires all Law Enforcement agencies to enroll in the ATF firearm tracing system known as eTrace, submit all information about firearms recovered in crimes and opt-in to data sharing. eTrace has helped law enforcement to identify the perpetrators of violent crimes and assists in identifying gun traffickers and straw purchasers. This is NOT a public firearm registry.
