National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer. Be SMART will be a community vendor at Howard County's NNO, handing out free gun locks in addition to information on safe firearm storage and suicide prevention.
