If you're thinking about running for office or working on campaigns, come learn more about Demand a Seat by joining this info session! We’re training grassroots volunteers and gun violence survivors to take the next step in their advocacy: Running for office or working on campaigns with a purpose — to elect Gun Sense Candidates. Because, in order to be part of the solution, you have to demand a seat at the table. Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities are disproportionately impacted by gun violence. We want to build a movement that can tackle gun violence in all communities; doing that requires that people from all communities are part of our team. Providing information about your racial identity is optional and helps us build the most impactful movement possible.
