As your constituent, I urge you to call for a floor vote on HB2206. This bill is one of the few gun violence prevention bills moving through the House that has bipartisan support.
In order to help law enforcement track down the source of guns used in crimes and disrupt gun trafficking rings, HB 2206 would make gun dealers use the Electronic Record of Sale (EROS) system. This requirement has the ability to save lives throughout the Commonwealth.
