Join us for a Family Friendly Fun Run for Wear Orange Weekend. Wear Orange Weekend is National Gun Violence Awareness Weekend. Join us to show your support for victims and survivors of gun violence. Check-in for the Fun Run begins at 9 am at the Amphitheater at Lake Park, near the corner of Aldrich St & Simond Ave. Run, walk or bike the 1 mile loop around the park- bikes and strollers are welcome. Parts of the loop are sandy and not conducive for wheelchairs but sidewalks are nearby. Bring your kids and grandkids, a full water bottle, friends and family, running shoes, and WEAR ORANGE!
