Today, five people were shot and injured in Alexandria, Virginia, including Representative Steve Scalise, two Capitol Police officers and a congressional staff member. Only hours later, at least three people were shot and killed, and two injured, across the country at a UPS center in San Francisco.

We must unite against this senseless violence and show our support for those affected by these tragedies. We stand with the survivors, and families of those who were murdered -- and the families of the over 90 Americans that are killed every day from gun violence.
